Cinch Home Services Website & Marketing Design

The Challenge

Cinch Home Services approached us to create their marketing website and accompanying branded materials after a recent name change and brand overhaul. Cinch offers affordable home protection plans that help control the costs of appliance and system breakdowns for their customers.

Our team worked closely with Cinch's in-house marketing team and stakeholders to determine the best ways to achieve their business goals using data-driven design and brand strategy.

Design System

Utilizing our internal UX research team and the findings provided by Cinch, we put together a discovery report to ensure all design decisions were driven by empathy.

We started with wireframes, built prototypes and ultimately created new UI guidelines for Cinch to use internally.  

Design Execution

Using Cinch's brand guidelines as a starting point, we created a modular design system to be used by Cinch's engineers to build their website.

After taking inventory of the types of content to be used on the website, we took a strategic component approach to create a comprehensive visual toolkit which simplified the development process for the client.

Marketing

Going beyond the website experience, we provided Cinch with marketing materials for every touchpoint of their brand.

These materials included a paper system, out-of-home campaign ads, social media strategy, tradeshow design, infographics design, product design, an icon library and an art directed photoshoot.
