Designing the ServiceNow Platform
The Challenge
ServiceNow approached us to help in the research and design of their suite of digital products powered by the Now Platform. The Now Platform helps enterprise companies manage workflows across multiple departments and systems.
Our team worked in collaboration with the ServiceNow in-house creative team to establish a cohesive visual language across all products.

User Research
Utilizing our internal UX research team and the findings provided by ServiceNow, we put together a discovery report to ensure all design decisions were driven by empathy.
Design Exploration
Through quick preliminary sketches, collaborative team sprints, wireframing and low fidelity prototypes — I helped the ServiceNow team explore a variety of product features to consider for their new Now Platform.
Final Design
Our team was responsible for refining and delivering the final ServiceNow app experience.
The final deliverable included high fidelity designs, prototypes and specifications for engineering.
